Thank you for contacting us for your catering needs!!! Here is our menu and a list of items you can choose from to build your own menu for your event. Feel free to look at it and choose as many dishes as you wish. Also if there is a dish you would like for us to make or create we are more than happy to do so. Important - PLEASE READ

 A traveling fee will be added if your more than a 30 mile radius from our kitchen. Also a wait staff fee will be added for any passed tray add ons. For wedding events there is an additional set up fee depending on menu and set up as in decoration plating etc. We do require a 50 guest minimum or $1000 minimum order to book us! Please don’t hesitate to call or text us with any questions you may have. We do not have any hidden fees. Once we give you a price and you want to move forward we set a date and time to meet at your venue to make sure we are able to park our oven trailer on property. Once we confirm we move forward with an agreement that secures your date and time and we collect the 50% deposit of the total amount. You are able to obtain a full refund 3 weeks prior to the date of your event and anything after that unfortunately your deposit is not refundable due to us already hiring staff for your event, paying for food and goods and everything needed for your event. Once you pay deposit you are agreeing to these terms and accept policy in place and will not dispute deposit amount. 

We do require a 50% deposit of the total amount in order to secure and lock your date and time as well as ordering all necessary food and goods for your event. The remaining balance is due the day of the event. We also require an additional $300 deposit hold. This fee is fully refundable accept in the event that you cause for a delay start time on your food service hour per agreement. 

Once you pay deposit you are agreeing to these terms and accept policy in place and will not dispute deposit amounts.  

Once you receive your invoice you will have 48 hours to pay deposit otherwise we release your date to give others the opportunity to book that date. If you have questions please feel free to contact us.
